If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify our team immediately to arrange an exchange.

You have up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues, provided the items have not been used.

Items that have been tampered with may not be eligible for exchange, subject to management's discretion.

Free Local Pickup

We offer fast and free pickup from our Melbourne warehouse in Derrimut during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Orders placed online before 2:00 PM are usually available for next-day pickup. Once your order is processed, we will send you a text or email with pickup details.

Interstate Shipping

For interstate orders, please contact us before placing an order online. Our team will calculate the most competitive freight pricing based on weight and pallet size. Interstate delivery charges must be processed via our office over the phone.
